Azhicons Constructions commences its operations in the early 1995 with Mr. Rajan Azhicoden at its helm, who is an engineer by profession and a designer by taste. He is a B.Tech degree holder from N.S.S College of Engineering Palakkad, under Calicut University by the year 1989; he also holds M.I.E and F.I.V.
He is a consultant chartered engineer,he is also doingr project investigation, planning & designing, budget estimation, implementation of all kind of civil works.
He is a fellow of Institution of Valuers for valuation of immovable properties like Land, Building etc. |

He is a certificate holder from Department of Factories and Boilers , Government of Kerala, designated as Competent Person for issuing Stability Certificate for all kinds of factory buildings.
He is a member included in the panel of Pvt Architect/ Engineer to take up the preparation of plans, designs, drawings and estimates of all works financed by the Kerala Urban Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (K.U.D.C)
Mr. Rajans treasures immense experience in architecture stating from M/s. Quadricon Pvt Ltd, Mumbai during 90-92 where his nature of work was mainly construction of steel bridges. Thereafter he flew to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he was assign in design wing with M/s. Afnan Consulting Engineering Co, after gathering vast experience he put wings to his dream vision to start a construction co in homeland, thus Azhicons Constructions was born to boom the dreams of native people for constructing cost effective houses in home town. Apart from residential villas, Azhicons completed Buildings for Banks, Commercial Malls and Effluent treatment plant for factories especially for Textile factories. Apart from constructions Mr. Rajan designs the interiors of his projects. |
